I recently purchased the Soft Floor for my Hypedome and it's been a notable improvement. It's especially useful as it seals the bottom of the dome, providing a barrier against humidity, dirt, and some unwelcome critters like bugs

Practical addition to the hypedome. As you can see we have built ours on grass and adding the soft floor significantly decreased fogging up. It still happens in early mornings, but it quickly evaporates.

Hypedome’s soft floor and a wooden floor that we made ourselves have really finished things off and made it into a room

Big thumbs up. The sail provides pleasant shade during noon.

Cordura canvas works great even on snow. Obviously it won't do miracles in terms of thermal insulation, but effectively blocks moisture and it's easy to clean.

We've built our camping dome in the middle of the forest and getting the soft floor to provide an extra layer of insulation from draft, cold and bugs. It was definitely a good idea. If you're still on the fence whether you should get it or not.. do it! It isn't that expensive and totally worth it.
