Technical Specification

• Door opening width: 83 cm. Height: 192 cm.
• Available in 4 colour variants: Clear, Grey, and Opal. Please note that the roof of the Port Door is always clear.
• Door can be locked and each comes with its own set of keys, ensuring added security
• If you are an existing Hypedome S owner with an old entrance frame (width: 72 cm) [most “S” size domes ordered before Jan 2024] and looking for a retrofit upgrade for your dome, visit the following product page to order the door and parts required for retrofit.

Installation

Curtains can be easily retrofitted into the existing dome
Assembly takes about 1 hour to complete for one person
Required tools: a regular screwdriver

Compatibility

Curtains are currently available for the Hypedome S, M and L only and are not compatible with the Hypodome Mini
It can be used with all types of Hypedome S, M and L: Clear, Grey, Mirror & Opal
To install the curtains, you need to have a Hype.Wall Panel Full Set first

Adding the Port Door made a big difference because it’s now so easy to get in and out. We use the lounge a lot, either by ourselves or with friends. Sometimes we just want to quickly slide inside for a quick visit. So that’s what really made it perfect – thanks to the door we can just drift in and out naturally with no real effort. I want to acknowledge the very professional engineering design and assembly method by the Hypedome engineering staff. I was very impressed, they did their homework on quality and material design.

My kit came with wrong drilling template for the frame (it was for M sized dome rather than S). Luckily hypedome's support quickly provided a replacement.
