Back in 2020, Hypedome began with a clear purpose: to create a better way to enjoy outdoor space, all year round. It started with a personal need – a bit more room in the garden. A space to work out, stretch, breathe, or just sit with your coffee while the world did its thing outside.
That first dome? It wasn’t designed to become a product. But that’s the thing about useful ideas – they have a way of spreading.

It Started With One Dome
The idea behind Hypedome came from a simple challenge: how to stay connected with the outdoors without giving up on comfort. A garden space that didn’t feel like a shed, or a tent – something open and light, that felt like part of nature, not separate from it.
Godesic domes had always been fascinating to us. Elegant, strong, efficient. And they just made sense. So we built one (well, Adam, Hypedome’s founder, did). And people started asking where they could get one of their own.
That curiosity turned into questions. The questions turned into orders. And suddenly, we weren’t just building for ourselves anymore.
From Side Project to Something Bigger
The early days started small. We had one single product: the clear Hypedome S. Flat-packed, self-assembled, and designed to survive whatever the weather had in store.
Then came the real feedback: “Could I have a window?” “Do you have a shade option?” “Can I use it as a yoga studio?” That’s when we understood – people weren’t just buying domes. They were building something much more personal.
So we started listening closer. Designing better. Adding the right accessories. Not more stuff – just the stuff that made sense.
Not Just Gardens
We thought we were building for private backyards. And we were. But you had other ideas.
Domes turned into:
- Outdoor dining spots that work in winter.
- Rooftop chill zones in the middle of the city.
- Glamping rooms, stargazing pods, and Airbnb showstoppers.
- Temporary bars, tasting rooms, micro-offices.
One of our early orders went to Scotland. Another popped up in California. Then came Australia, Japan, Costa Rica, even Antarctica. Somewhere in between, we realised we were shipping to places we’d never been – to people we hadn’t even talked to. And they were using Hypedomes in ways we never imagined.
A Few Highlights from the Last Five Years
No long lists, just a few things that made us smile along the way.

The Good Stuff
We’ve had some big moments – working with brands like Hilton, Marriott, TED Conference, Virgin, even SpaceX. (Yes, really.) But some of our favorite stories come from regular spaces doing something quietly exceptional.
Like the family in the UK who just wanted to enjoy their garden, rain or shine. Or the Airbnb host in the US who turned their listing into a scroll-stopper. Or the rooftop in Amsterdam that went from “wasted space” to “favorite room in the house.”
It’s that mix – the big names and the backyard stories – that keeps this fun.
Celebrating Our Customers
Over the years, we’ve seen our domes used in ways we never expected – and that’s entirely thanks to you. From quiet corners in the garden to guest spaces, yoga rooms, rooftop hideouts and beyond – you’ve made the domes your own.
It’s your ideas that pushed Hypedome in new directions. And honestly, watching how you’ve used them has been one of the best parts of the job. So thanks – for the inspiration, the feedback, and for taking us places we wouldn’t have gone on our own.
Built by People Who Care
There’s no magic here. No massive team or mysterious tech stack. Just a bunch of people who genuinely care – about the product, the details, and the people who use them.
Hypedome was built in Poland – and it still is. We never outsourced, never relocated. Our domes are made here, by a team that knows every step of the process. From this corner of Europe, they’ve found their way to every corner of the world. And for us, that means something.
We also know none of this would work without the people behind the scenes. Everyone involved – from design and engineering to operations, marketing, sales and support – plays a part in making Hypedome what it is. It’s the quiet work, the daily decisions, and the care at every step that make the end result stand tall.

Looking Ahead
What’s next? We’re continuing to grow – with new ideas, new product lines, and new ways to support better outdoor living. Wellness, hospitality, and creative use of space remain a big part of our focus.
But above all, we want to keep doing what brought us here in the first place: designing spaces that feel good to be in. Spaces that make the outdoors more accessible, more comfortable – and just a little more special.
Keep an eye on our social channels (Instagram, Facebook) – we’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes moments, team stories, and the many surprising and beautiful ways people are using their domes. There’s still plenty to discover – and we’d love to have you along for the ride.
Here’s to five years of better outdoor spaces. And to everyone who turned their Hypedome into something personal.
