Limited Warranty
Hypedome warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
– Structural components (dome panels, aluminum profiles, etc.)
– Doors, windows, and other integral parts of the Hypedome
This warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
– Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
– Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party accessories
– Consumable parts, such as zipper doors and similar wear-prone elements, unless failure results from a manufacturing defect
Warranty on Consumable Parts
Consumable components are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
– For individual consumers, the warranty period for consumable parts is 12 months from the date of purchase.
– For business customers (B2B purchases), the warranty period for consumable parts is 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow usage instructions
– Normal wear and tear under regular operation
– Damage due to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., strong wind, extreme temperatures)
All consumable parts are designed to be user-replaceable. Replacements may be purchased separately via our online store or by contacting customer support.
Claims regarding consumable components must include a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence showing the claimed defect.
Claims and Limitations
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and submit visual documentation of the issue. Hypedome reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty. Replacements or repairs provided under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
This limited warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights the buyer may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty shall limit or exclude such rights.
