Even in the “driest” months, we get a lot of rainfall. Getting a canopy for our outdoor hot tub was a necessity. It’s also quite windy here and we didn’t want something that would fly away at the first possible chance. Hypedome seemed and indeed was a perfect choice. We should have built it over the hot tub in the first place. However, four people were able to lift the fully assembled Hypedome over the tub. Once we’ve ballasted it with concrete planters it’s going nowhere. Weather-wise, actually the worse the weather the more we enjoy using our dome. Sitting in the tub when it’s literally pouring outside is otherworldly. We were worried that it would get too loud when it’s raining, but it isn’t bad at all. It’s more of a hum which actually adds to the experience. Highly recommended.
